If a product you received doesn't meet your expectations, you can, of course, return it. You can return a product within 14 days of receiving your order. We've made the returns process as easy as possible. You can register your return using the button below and follow the steps. You'll be asked for a postal code and tracking number. To ensure proper processing, please include your packing slip with your return. Our parcel and delivery partner is Innosend, so don't be alarmed if you don't see "Belieff" on the return label.
1. The return periods are as follows:
- The consumer has 14 days to cancel the order and register the return.
- Then you have 14 days to return the product.
- After registering the return, you as a retailer have 14 days to refund the order amount including shipping costs.

You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving a reason. After cancellation, you have another 14 days to return your product. You will then be credited with the full order amount, including shipping costs. Only the return costs from your home to the online store are at your own expense. These costs are approximately €7.25 per package; consult your carrier's website for the exact rates.
If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product must be returned to the company with all accessories supplied and – if reasonably possible – in its original condition and packaging. If the product is damaged or the packaging is damaged beyond what is necessary to sell the product, we may charge you for the reduction in value of the product. Therefore, please handle the product with care and ensure it is properly packaged when returning it.

Return costs
The return costs are for the account of the consumer and amount to € 7.90 and will be deducted from the return amount when refunding, provided this has been sent by yourself.

Once we receive the product and it meets the requirements, you will receive a full refund within 30 days. If only part of the ordered products are returned, unfortunately, you will not receive a credit.
Damage to product
If the product is damaged due to careless handling, you as the consumer are liable for any reduction in value or you will not receive any compensation.
Swap
When exchanging for another product, we will reimburse the return costs of the amount.
