Return Policy
If a received product does not meet your expectations, you can, of course, return it. If you want to return a product, you can do so within 14 days of receiving your order.
We have made the return process as simple as possible. You can register your return via the button below and follow the steps. You will be asked for your postal code and tracking number. For efficient processing, we ask you to include the packing slip with the return shipment.
Our parcel and delivery partner is Innosend, so do not be alarmed if you do not see Belieff on the return label.
Return Periods
The return periods are as follows:
- The consumer has 14 days to cancel the order and register the return.
- After that, you have 14 days to return the product.
- After registering the return, the order amount including shipping costs will be refunded within 14 days.
Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after the day of receipt without stating a reason. After cancellation, you have another 14 days to return the product.
You will then receive a full refund of the order amount including shipping costs. Only the costs of returning the product to the webshop are at your own expense.
If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product must be returned with all supplied accessories and, if reasonably possible, in its original condition and packaging.
If the product is damaged or the packaging is more damaged than necessary to try the product, we can pass this reduction in value on to you. Therefore, please handle the product with care and ensure that it is properly packaged when returning it.
We will then refund the outstanding order amount within 14 days after you register your return, provided that the product has already been received back in good condition.
Return Costs
The return costs are borne by the consumer and amount to €7.90. These costs will be deducted from the refund accordingly to the chosen return method.
Return Conditions
The product must be returned with all supplied accessories and, if reasonably possible, in its original condition and packaging.
You may view and try the product as you would in a physical store.
If the product is used more or damaged more than necessary to assess it, we can deduct the reduction in value from the refund.
As soon as we have received the product back, we will process the refund. If only part of the order is returned, you will receive a refund of the purchase price of the returned products.
Damage to the Product
In the event of damage to the product due to careless handling, you as a consumer are liable for any reduction in value caused by this.
Exchanges
Would you like to exchange a product for a different variant? Then we will refund the return costs.
