Belieff items need to stand out in the (medical supply) store. That's why we opted for a different store presentation – and it works!
We started with the displays on the left in the photo, where products were folded and often still in their packaging. This made it harder to see what kind of blankets they were and less inviting to touch or try on.
Since last year, we've started using homemade displays in the form of a clothing rack. This makes the models visibly hung, so customers can immediately see what kind of blankets they are. This makes the presentation more accessible and more attractive.
The Heating blankets can also be placed directly with the mobility scooter or wheelchair. This immediately clarifies the application and added value of the product.
In addition to the store presentation, the store salesperson's approach is, of course, also important. When employees can explain the benefits well and actively include the products in their advice for a wheelchair or mobility scooter, extra sales opportunities arise.
All these elements together contribute to successful sales in stores. In the coming year, we will pay even more attention to this, so that the blankets in the more than 120 medical supply stores where we are present receive even better exposure.
